Refund policy

Returns of the standard wool rugs, in standard sizes, that are in-stock can be made within 5 days of delivery to the customer, if the rug is unused, intact and received back in proper condition. The customers will be responsible for return shipping costs to the NJ warehouse.

Returns of the standard cotton rugs, in standard sizes, that are in-stock can be made within 5 days of delivery to the customer, if the rug is unused, intact and received back in proper condition. The customers will be responsible for return shipping costs to the NJ warehouse.

Cancellations on "out of stock" and custom orders are not possible.
